How long do withdraw requests take to get processed?

We offer instant withdraws for PerfectMoney. However, cryptocurrency withdraws may take up to 24 hours to be processed. If a payment takes more than 24 hours to process please contact our support team first. It is possible it is stuck in our system or in payment API so please let us check first.

During registration, I was asked to provide the Bitcoin address. What is this?

Bitcoin address is your ID (account, wallet number), starting with 1 or 3 and containing 27-34 alphanumeric Latin characters (other than 0, O, I). The address can also be represented as a QR-code, it is anonymous and does not contain information about the owner.

Are profits also accrued on weekends?

Yes, You can make a deposit from your account balance. Simply log into your member account, click "Make Deposit" and select "Deposit" from "Account Balance" button.

What are the benefits of the referral program? How can I participate?

All registered users are automatically enrolled in our affiliate program starting at the "Standard" level and earns 1% from your referrals deposits. Can my referrals register from the same IP?

Yes, it is allowed but each person may only have one account. If it is found that one person owns more than one account all the accounts associated will be disabled.

When is Payeer going to be available?
